Through each of its 1150 employees, the Group maintains the values which accompanied Jean Escharavil’s small artisanal business from its founding in 1951 to its technological evolutions and its standing on the world stage.

PRECIA MOLEN’s Involvement in Sports

PRECIA MOLEN sponsors its employees on a regular basis, whether as a team or individually, in sports competitions. We believe that the promotion of such achievements, large and small, and the strengthening of relationships which comes with them, play a part in personal development for every participant, in both their private and professional lives. For instance, about thirty employees enroll for the inter-company challenge each year at l’Ardéchoise, a world-famous mass cycling event. On another front, PRECIA MOLEN is a partner for a local women’s handball team in D2 FFHB, the highest level of all team sports in Ardèche.

PRECIA MOLEN also regularly lends weighing equipment for large sports events (World Weightlifting Championships, boxing events, rowing, motor sports, …).
